The website and paid Walk service are covered by the website section below. The free ChatGPT plugin is covered by its separate plugin section. For the plugin, the plugin terms take precedence over the website terms, including the website restriction on commercial redistribution of outputs.

Website and paid Walk service
The service
Sufficient Certainty provides a structured decision-coaching experience called "the Walk." Each Walk guides you through five steps derived from the Universal Decision-Making Method described in the book Deciding (2020). At the end, you receive a Decision Record summarising your thinking.
What the Walk is not
The Walk is an educational and reflective tool. It is not professional advice: legal, financial, medical, or otherwise. The Decision Record captures your reasoning; it does not recommend a course of action. You remain responsible for the decisions you make.
Payment
- The Walk is a paid service. Current pricing is shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in US dollars.
Your content
The inputs you provide during a Walk are yours. We store them to generate and deliver your Decision Record and to send your 30-day check-in. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use individual Walk data to train AI models.
Intellectual property
The Walk interface, the five-step structure, and all site content are the intellectual property of Sufficient Certainty Pty Ltd. The underlying methodology is described in Deciding (2020). You may not reproduce or redistribute the Walk experience or its outputs commercially without written permission.
AI-generated content
The Walk uses a large language model to facilitate conversation and generate your Decision Record. AI outputs are shaped by the methodology but may occasionally contain errors. Review your Decision Record before acting on it.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the service offline for maintenance or updates.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sufficient Certainty Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Walk in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Plugin section effective 4 October 2026
This section covers the skills-only ChatGPT plugin published by Sufficient Certainty Pty. Ltd. The paid Walk website service is separate.
Purpose
The plugin supports your thinking using the Universal Decision-Making Method from Deciding by Roger Estall and Grant Purdy. It asks questions and produces a Decision review of your reasoning. You make the decision. AI output can contain errors; assess the evidence and check the review before acting. This is an educational and reflective tool, not professional legal, financial or medical advice.
Price and access
The plugin is free, with no payments or purchases. The complete review is delivered within ChatGPT. ChatGPT's own terms and access conditions apply. The optional methodology link leads to a website that separately offers paid products; no purchase is needed to use the plugin.
Conversation handling
The plugin has no separate publisher account, MCP connection or developer-operated conversation storage. Statements in the website terms about storing inputs, delivering website Decision Records and sending follow-up emails describe the website service, not this plugin.
Your Decision review
Sufficient Certainty places no restriction on sharing or commercially using your own Decision review. This permission applies to your review; it does not grant rights over third-party material or transfer ownership of the underlying methodology.
Limitation of liability
